Doug Bushoven, Partner
Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and New York
Doug Bushoven is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York. Doug started working in 1983 at Arthur Young, one of the “Big 8” accounting firms at that time, after graduating from Pace University with Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees. Doug then worked in various corporate controller positions before joining Roy and his father Neil, founder of Bushoven LLC in 1988. Doug is partner-in-charge of commercial audits and employee benefit plans for private companies and quality control; provides technical advice to management and audit committee members of clients served; and specializes in tax compliance for businesses, U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies, and individuals. He is also partner on review and compilation engagements for private companies. Doug is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
Roy Bushoven, Partner

Roy Bushoven is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey. After graduating from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree Roy started working in 1979 at Main Hurdman, a large national accounting firm which subsequently became part of the international firm of KPMG. Roy joined his father, Neil Bushoven, founder of Bushoven LLC, in January 1984. Roy is currently partner-in-charge of commercial audits; second partner review on employee benefit plans for private companies; provides technical advice to management and audit committee members of clients served; and specializes in tax compliance for small businesses and individuals. He is also partner on review and compilation engagements for private companies. Roy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
Heather Troupos, Partner

Heather is a certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Heather started working in 2005 for Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (formerly ParenteBeard LLC) after graduating from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Heather went on to join Bushoven LLC in November 2015. Her background is primarily in commercial audits and employee benefit plan audits. Heather is a Parnter providing audit, review, compilation, bookkeeping and tax services to various clients, including private companies and individuals. Heather is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey. Bryan started working in 2011 for Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (formerly ParenteBeard LLC) after graduating from Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science degree. Bryan joined Bushoven LLC in June 2014. Bryan is a Manager providing audit, review, bookkeeping, compilation and tax services to various clients, including private companies and individuals. Bryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
Laura Gallo, Director, Taxation

Laura is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey. After graduating from Ramapo College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Laura started working for a private company before joining Bushoven LLC in 1991. Laura is now a Director of Taxation and is a tax specialist for the firm, handling all foreign transaction clients for the Company. She also provides audit, review, compilation and bookkeeping services to various clients, including companies and individuals. Laura is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
